Calling all 80's musicians!
The Milo Gray Guild is throwing another totally rad party to raise money for Seattle Children's Hospital.
This year's theme is 80's musicians!
So line up the sitter and start thinking of what 80's musician/band you are going to be on Friday, Sept 18th.
There are so many genres to choose from the 80's....Cyndi Lauper, Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, Boy George, Adam Ant, one-armed drummer from Def Leppard? Or get a group together and come as Poison, Beastie Boys, Run DMC or Dexy's Midnight Runners....overalls anyone?
We have done the homework for you, so if you're stumped, call my donut-shaped land line phone. We only ask that no one dresses up like Madonna. That costume is taken by the members of the Milo Gray Guild.
I repeat, NO MADONNAS!
$50 bucks, and your totally tubular 80's musician costume, gets you into the party of the year.
Same place (Civic Club), same DJ (Doughboy), same alcohol (beer, wine, vodka), same red carpet, and same painted men for your viewing pleasure.
Only roll VIP? We have you covered with a limited number of backstage passes. $100 bucks gets you backstage and includes a full bar, apps, and special momentos that will make you stand out in the crowd.
LIP SYNCHING CONTEST (indivual or groups). Only three spots available so if you want a chance to show off your skillz and win an awesome 80's prize, then message Kim and she will let you know if you are one of the three lucky lip synchers. kim.a.lawson@comcast.net
